HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Greetings! We hope everyone had a super Christmas. We would like to wish you all a Happy New Year! May you have a great 2009!

We are looking forward to the new year. It is a great time to reflect and get a fresh start. 2009 should prove to be very busy for us with the arrival of Baby H. in February, and Baby S. in April. Also we have our niece Samantha graduating in May. No Chell weddings this summer, which is too bad as they are always a great time.

I have attached a photo of my 32 week Baby Bump! It seems to be getting bigger by the hour..could be all of the food and sweets I have eaten over the holidays!

Have a safe and Happy New Year!

IT'S A BOY!!!

We are adding another boy to our family...nope not us...well, could be but we still do not know what we are having, but Amanda and Bill do! Yes, we are going to be blessed with another nephew. Yeah! Not sure if this increases or decreases our odds at a girl...which Vince prays for every day!

CONGRATULATIONS AMANDA & BILL!

28 Weeks and Counting!

Greetings! We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. The food we had was fabulous...most food is these days! We were fortunate to spend time with most of our family members and it was great to see everyone. It really would be nice to have holidays more than a few times a year so we could all see each other more often.

We had my 28 week check-up today. Baby H. is growing like crazy! Must be why food is so yummy and I can never seem to get enough :) The heartbeat is steady and strong...that is when the baby was not moving around so much the Dr. could actually have the Doppler in one spot long enough to count the beats per minute :) What an amazing and reassuring sound that heartbeat is. I cannot believe how quickly we are approaching the big day!

Take Care!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Thanksgiving Prayer

Almighty God,
You bring forth bountiful food from the earth that our
loved ones may never grow hungry. For this, we give thanks.
You give us families that meet at this time
to reunite and be one with each other. For this, we give thanks.
You have let us live in a land that has unbridled opportunity and unparalleled freedoms. For this, we give thanks.
For those who are hungry today, we pray for their fulfillment.
For families that are separated,we pray for their unity.
And for people who live in the midst of persecution, we pray for their deliverance.
We ask all these things through Christ, our ever-risen Lord.
Amen.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with family, friends, smiles, laughter, hugs, and - oh yeah - turkey!

26 Week Baby Bump!

Well, my look of having too many burritos has now been replaced with an official "baby bump". Here is my 26 week picture. Baby is growing like crazy...and so am I. Fortunately I am still feeling super and hopefully that continues. It is hard to believe that we only have 14 weeks left of this wonderful experience. Time certianly flies.

WELCOME BABY MASON!

Mason James Chell was born on November 3rd. Congratulations to Josh and Heidi! Grandbaby #1 for Grandpa Bruce and Grandma Tammy weighed in at 9lbs and 4oz.

Both he and Heidi are doing well. We are very delighted to be an Auntie and an Uncle, and are looking forward to meeting Mason.

Hi Baby!

Isn't He/She cute? Well, maybe we are a bit biased since it is our child...anyway, here is a picture of Baby H. from today. Fortunately the baby cooperated quite well and did not reveal its gender. Vince was hoping there would be a little slip and we would get a peek between the legs, but we (well I) made sure the Ultrasound Tech knew she was to steer clear of the private area!

I could watch the ultrasound all day long. It is amazing to see our baby kick and move, and it is super cute when the baby sucks its thumb, which you can see it is doing in this picture.

20 Week Baby Bump!

Here it is! My 20 week Baby Bump! It does not really look like a Baby Bump, but like I have had a few too many burritos! Oh, well!

We had our 20 week check up on Thursday. All is well. The Ultrasound Tech thought the baby weighed about 13 ounces. It definitely has some growing to do! It was amazing to watch the baby on the ultrasound pictures, I was at a total loss for words, as it truly is a miracle! We were able to see it yawn and suck its thumb;so cute! Fortunately the baby did not give a way if it is a boy or a girl. Despite the begging and pleading by Vince to find out the sex of Baby H., he will have wait until Birth Day. Meanwhile, we will continue to ponder over names for each. Who ever thought naming a baby could be so difficult?

Have a great week!

BABIES! BABIES! BABIES

The Chell family is growing again! Amanda and Bill are expecting a Baby on APRIL 30th. We know what they were doing on their wedding night! I cannot believe how quickly our family is growing. It sure will be fun for Baby Hull to have two cousins so close in age. CONGRATULATIONS AMANDA AND BILL!

Post Season Pouting!

No more trips to the Dome for us this year! Of all teams to beat the Twins, did it have to be Chicago? By one run? "The Twins did much better than expected"...who set those expectations???? It was a very disappointing loss to a fun season for the Twins, and personally, I am not sure they deserved to be in the post season. We are already looking forward to our annual trip to Kansas City next year. Hopefully we will not have to wear stocking caps and mittens (see photo).

Happy Fall!

Fall has officially arrived! This brings us our last few rounds of golf, playoff baseball, and no UWEC Football. This is our first fall in four with no UWEC Blugold Football. It has been somewhat depressing and we don't really know what to do on Saturday afternoons! We have been to one game (unfortunately UWEC lost to Whitewater) and it sure was not the same watching a game without Chris and Tony out on the field. It is amazing how Chris could pick out all of the things the team was doing wrong when he was sitting in the stands.. hee...hee...

We are looking forward to our upcoming trip to Izaty's. The guys will spend most of the week golfing and fishing, and Linda and I will scrap, scrap, scrap!

We have many family birthdays in September and October. Happy Birthday to Uncle Mike, Uncle Davey, Grandpa Bill, Aunt Heidi and Uncle Bill!

Lake Trout Fishing - Duluth 2008

Labor Day Weekend 2008 - We decided to try our luck at Trout Fishing on Lake Superior. The morning started out very sunny and absolutely beautiful making it a lovely day for fishing. Unfortunately the fish did not think so. We only pulled four fish in to the boat, with Vince and Linda catching the two biggest. Boy am I glad I didn't catch the baby one! We had a lot of fun despite the lack of fish, and would like to go again in the future.

Welcome to our Blog!

Hello. Welcome to our blog. In an effort to keep in touch with our friends and family near and far, we have set up a blog. We will keep you posted on all of the "Hull Happenings." As you all know, our family is growing. We are excited and looking forward to welcoming "Baby H." to our family. Chris and Tony are both looking forward to being "big brothers." Based on what I hear, I won't have to get up for 3 AM feedings...Yeah right Chris :)

With this being the first biological grandbaby for Grandma Lauri, you can bet she is excited, but not sure who is more excited, her or Grandpa Bill. They have not stopped smiling yet!

The Chell family is growing as well with Josh and Heidi expecting in October. I cannot wait to be an Auntie again! Grandpa Bruce and Grandma Tammy are super excited! Babies, Babies, Babies!
